Spil is a place for unfiltered expression, real campus chatter, and local confessions. But "unfiltered" doesn't mean "lawless." We maintain basic, firm guardrails to ensure everyone can enjoy anonymous rooms and feeds without toxicity.
Zero Harassment
Anonymous threats, targeted cyberbullying, doxxing, or coordinates matching other users is strictly prohibited.
Aura & Behavior
Spil runs on Aura. Generating high-quality community interactions yields Aura, while flags and reports destroy it.
MoMo Payout Tiers
Ad revenue sharing is exclusively gated behind a Spil Premium subscription and a minimum threshold of 5,000+ Aura.
Moderation Rights
Spil administrators hold absolute authority to ban, throttle, or limit users violating terms of civilized banter.
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading Spil, creating an account, or submitting anonymous messages on `spil.fun/[linkCode]`, you acknowledge that you agree to be bound by these community guidelines and conditions. If you disagree, please stop using Spil immediately.
2. User Eligibility & Safety Rules
You must be at least 17 years old to access local rooms and feed features. To maintain a safe space, you explicitly agree not to:
- Doxx or list physical phone numbers, personal home addresses, or secret images of other people.
- Impersonate brand accounts, campus figures, or staff officials with malicious intent.
- Deploy scraping bots or automated scripts to harvest anonymous user link endpoints.
3. Impression Ad Payout Rules
The ad revenue sharing system is a premium feature for top viral creators. Qualification requires:
1. Maintaining an active Spil Premium subscription.
2. Maintaining a minimum score of 5,000+ Aura.
If a user triggers community flags, is found using bot loops to artificially inflate impressions, or drops below the 5,000 Aura threshold, Spil reserves the right to immediately terminate the monetized status and forfeit pending MoMo payouts.
4. Limitation of Liability
Spil is hosting user-generated anonymous content and messages. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any local rumores, campus teas, or anonymous confessions. Users assume full responsibility for their interactions and posts on the platform.
